TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR:

      1. Description of Services:

 

• The Services provided by the Company include mental health coaching, guidance, life coaching, and support through online platforms.

• The Services are not intended to replace professional therapy or medical treatment. Clients should consult with a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns. 
  
  2. Client Responsibilities:

 

• Clients agree to provide, to the best of their ability, accurate and complete information about their mental health history, concerns, and any relevant personal details.

• Clients are responsible for their own actions, decisions, and outcomes based on the information provided during the Services. The Company is not liable for any consequences resulting from the Client's actions or decisions.
  
  3. Confidentiality and Privacy:

 

• The Company acknowledges and agrees to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of Client information and communications, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Company's privacy policy.

• Clients understand that there are inherent risks associated with online communication, and the Company cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of information transmitted through online platforms.

• Clients consent and understand that any information they provide may be used by the Company for marketing and training purposes.
  
  4. Coach-Client Relationship:

 

• The coaching relationship is designed to be collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental.

• Clients understand that the coaching relationship is not a replacement for therapeutic services, and that the Coach does not provide mental health diagnoses or treatment.
  
  5. Scheduling

 

• Clients are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions in advance and notifying the Coach of any necessary cancellations or rescheduling.

• The Client is entitled to reschedule one session within the package if notice is provided less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before the scheduled session.

• For all other scheduled sessions within the package, the Client must provide notice of rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund.
  
  6. Cancelation Policy

 

• Coaching packages are non- refundable and non- transferable.
  
  7. Fees and Payment:

 

• Clients agree to pay the full fees for the Services prior to commencing the Services.

• Payments may be made through the designated payment methods provided by the Company.
  
  8. Intellectual Property:

 

• All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, associated with the Services, materials, or content provided by the Company, are owned by the Company.

• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials or content provided by the Company without obtaining prior written permission.
  
  9. Limitation of Liability:

 

• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services or this Agreement.

• The total liability of the Company, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services provided.
  
  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 

 

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

• Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Australia
  
  11. Severability:

 

• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

BY ENGAGING IN THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY MANAS MASTERY, CLIENTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
